Bodily injury liability insurance is very simple. Some drivers in the state of Florida carry body injury liability coverage. If that driver carries body injury liability coverage and causes an accident, the person that they hurt should be entitled to compensation if their injuries are sufficient to obtain policy limits for that body injury liability coverage. If their injuries are not above the body injury liability coverage, then they should be entitled to a portion of that amount.
