Mr. Hay accuses Mr. Combs of sexual battery, false imprisonment, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. He alleges that the assault occurred in 2020 while he was working on a project involving the estate of The Notorious B.I.G. The suit also names C.J. Wallace, B.I.G.’s son, and producer Willie Mack as defendants on the grounds that they facilitated the attack. Both men deny the allegations. For his part, Mr. Combs has not publicly responded to the Florida filing. The case comes as Combs pursues an expedited appeal of his criminal conviction and sentence.
