Ms. Hinkler’s areas of practice include business matters, business litigation, high-stakes judgment collection, intellectual property litigation; data privacy, internet and media policies; labor and employment; contracts; business formation; ownership transfers and other related business matters. Ms. Hinkler handles cases in both State and Federal Courts.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Hinkler was a marketing and public relations professional for a global law firm in Manhattan, a deep-rooted Florida law firm, as well as a strategic communications firm and lifestyle publishers in New Orleans.
