
Catherine Sobke, Equine & Business Attorney
Catherine (Cathy) Sobke is an associate in the Wellington office of Pike & Lustig, LLP, bringing over a decade of experience in civil litigation, corporate transactions, real estate law, and equestrian law. She has advised corporate clients on complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and multi-million-dollar real estate deals. Additionally, she has represented equestrian clients in both transactional matters and litigation, handling sales disputes, equine fraud cases, and other industry-specific legal challenges.
Before joining Pike & Lustig, LLP, Ms. Sobke began her legal career as a litigator, managing all stages of trial preparation for large corporate clients. She then transitioned to serving as in-house counsel for Florida-based businesses, where she advised on corporate structure, employment matters, and litigation management.
Ms. Sobke earned her Juris Doctorate from Florida International University College of Law in 2009, where she was a Dean’s List honoree. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Sweet Briar College, graduating magna cum laude and as a Kenmore Scholar, with a major in political science and a minor in business management.
She is admitted to practice in Florida and the Southern District of Florida.
