Lindsay A. Warner

Lindsay A. Warner is an associate in Pike & Lustig’s Personal Injury and Commercial Litigation practices.

Prior to joining the Firm, Lindsay was an Assistant State Attorney for approximately 7 years at the State Attorney’s Office of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit. During that time, she prosecuted hundreds of cases, in both County and Circuit court, through intake, discovery, motion practice, plea negotiations, and trial. Before becoming a prosecutor, Lindsay served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Carole Y. Taylor at the Fourth District Court of Appeal, where she analyzed legal issues resulting from the decisions and determinations made by lower tribunals.

Lindsay graduated cum laude from Stetson University College of Law in 2008, where she was an Articles and Symposia Editor for the Stetson Law Review. Her law review article, “Bending the Bow of Equity: Three Ways Florida Can Improve Its Equitable Adoption Policy,” was published in the Stetson Law Review in the Spring of 2009. She graduatedcum laude from the University of Florida in 2004, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Management).

Currently, Lindsay is a Director for the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s North County Section and is a member of the PBCBA Young Lawyers Section and Florida Association of Women Lawyers. She is licensed to practice in all Florida state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
