Rodney “Zach” Romano is a commercial litigation and personal injury attorney at Pike & Lustig, LLP, representing businesses, individuals, and corporate clients in West Palm Beach, Palm Beach County, and throughout South Florida. Born and raised in Lake Worth, Zach has deep roots in the local community and brings a strong understanding of the people and businesses he serves. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, business disputes, complex civil litigation, and high-stakes legal matters, with an emphasis on thorough preparation and effective courtroom advocacy.
Zach’s litigation experience includes commercial disputes, business matters, wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, truck accidents and trucking litigation, premises liability, car accidents and automobile negligence, property disputes, and other complex negligence matters.
Before entering private practice, Zach served as an Assistant State Attorney with the Office of the State Attorney for the 15th Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County. During his time as a prosecutor, he litigated more than 500 criminal cases, including domestic violence and DUI matters, and conducted 10 jury trials to verdict. Zach earned his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law in Fort Lauderdale, where he was recognized on the Dean’s List and participated in Trial Association and Moot Court. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Supervision & Management from Palm Beach State College.
Outside of his legal practice, Zach has a longstanding background in professional photography. Throughout law school, he worked in school photography, professional headshots, and portrait photography. His creative background has given him a unique perspective on visual storytelling, professional presentation, and attention to detail.
Combining trial-tested litigation experience with a creative and detail-oriented background, Zach approaches every matter with preparation, professionalism, and a steadfast commitment to his clients. He is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Palm Beach County Young Lawyers Section.
