Absolutely, at Pike & Lustig we represent accountants, businesses, law firms and physician practices and many times these businesses have partnership disputes and break ups. Many partners and other business owners would like to go an informal process of resolution instead of making things public and going the litigation route and therefore the lawyers at our firm are very well versed in mediation and arbitration matters which we attempt to resolve the business dispute prior to going to court.
