Do I have a case against the car manufacturer if the air bags in my car did not deploy during my Florida auto accident case?

Transcript:

This is an area of the law that is typically known as products liability. That is where you have to sue the manufacturer of the vehicle because something went wrong. You would have to investigate whether the impact of the crash would have resulted in the deployment of the airbags. If the impact was not to a specific area of the vehicle, then the manufacturer would say, "Well, this is not an area of the car that would require the airbags to be deployed."

There’s also other factors involved such as injuries that you sustained. If your injuries are not significant enough, you may have a claim against the manufacturer, but it may just be way too expensive for an attorney to undertake such a claim.
