I would venture to say that an investigation into the driver’s habits is the most important thing in a Florida truck accident case. For example, has the driver had past violations? Has the driver been reprimanded by the company? Probably most importantly, has the driver been reprimanded for driving whereby he would be fatigued for driving too long. All of this information is important to secure during the discovery process to bring better value to your case.
