My son was killed when he was hit by a drunk driver on his way home from school. Is anyone besides the driver liable for my sons death?

This is a very unfortunate situation which would require a significant amount of investigation to determine all parties that would be liable for your son’s death. Typically, we would look into where this driver is coming from, where was the last place where he was before this accident. Do we know who served the last drink of alcohol? We need to find all that information before we can make a determination as to whether or not the restaurant or bar or homeowner maybe responsible for your son’s death.
