What is an apparent agent?

Return to FAQ Videos

Transcript:

Apparent agency in the state of Florida only exists if you have three elements. One, representation by a principal of a company. Two, reliance on that representation by a third party. Finally, three, a change in circumstances by that third party because he or she relied on the principal’s representation.
